👨🍳 Instructions
- Heat vegetable oil in a large pan or kadai over medium heat; add cumin seeds and let them splutter.
- Add chopped onion and green chilies, then sauté until the onion turns translucent.
- Stir in ginger-garlic paste and sauté for another minute until fragrant.
- Add chopped tomatoes and cook until they soften and the oil starts to separate.
- Mix in turmeric powder, coriander powder, and red chili powder; cook for 1-2 minutes, stirring constantly.
- Add chopped cabbage and green peas, along with salt; mix well to coat with the spices.
- Cover the pan and cook on low heat for 15-20 minutes, stirring occasionally, until cabbage is tender.
- Add garam masala, mix gently, and cook for another 2-3 minutes.
- Garnish with fresh coriander leaves and serve hot.
