👨🍳 Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 200°C (400°F) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Cut the cauliflower into bite-sized florets.
- In a large bowl, whisk together the all-purpose flour, plant-based milk, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, and a pinch of salt and pepper to form a smooth batter.
- Dip each cauliflower floret into the batter, ensuring it's fully coated, then place them evenly spaced on the prepared baking sheet.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the cauliflower is tender and the batter is lightly golden and crispy.
- While the cauliflower bakes, melt the vegan butter in a small saucepan over low heat. Stir in the hot sauce until well combined.
- Transfer the baked cauliflower to a large bowl and pour the buffalo sauce over it. Toss gently until all florets are evenly coated.
- Return the sauced cauliflower to the baking sheet and bake for another 10-15 minutes, or until the sauce is slightly caramelized and the wings are sticky.
- Serve immediately with your favorite dipping sauce, such as vegan ranch or blue cheese dressing, and celery sticks.
