👨🍳 Instructions
- Cook manicotti shells according to package directions until al dente; drain and rinse with cold water to prevent sticking, then set aside.
- In a large bowl, combine ricotta cheese, half of the shredded mozzarella, all the Parmesan cheese, egg, garlic powder, dried Italian parsley, and black pepper; mix well until thoroughly combined.
- Preheat your oven to 190°C (375°F) and lightly grease a baking dish with olive oil. Spread a thin layer of marinara sauce on the bottom of the prepared dish.
- Carefully fill each manicotti shell with the cheese mixture using a spoon or a piping bag, then arrange the stuffed shells in a single layer over the marinara sauce in the baking dish.
- Pour the remaining marinara sauce evenly over the stuffed manicotti and sprinkle with the remaining shredded mozzarella cheese.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly and the sauce is heated through. For a golden-brown top, you can broil for the last 2-3 minutes, watching carefully.
