🛒 Ingredients
- Cucumber 150 g · 15 kcal
- White Vinegar 30 g · 6 kcal
- Water 30 g · 0 kcal
- Fresh Dill 5 g · 2 kcal

👨🍳 Instructions
- Wash cucumbers thoroughly and slice them very thinly, preferably using a mandoline, then place in a bowl and sprinkle with 1 teaspoon of salt. Let stand for 10-15 minutes to draw out excess water.
- While the cucumbers are resting, prepare the dressing by whisking together white vinegar, water, granulated sugar, and the remaining 1 teaspoon of salt in a small bowl until the sugar and salt are dissolved.
- Gently squeeze the sliced cucumbers to remove as much liquid as possible, then discard the drained liquid. Transfer the squeezed cucumbers to a clean bowl.
- Pour the prepared dressing over the squeezed cucumbers and add the chopped fresh dill. Toss gently to combine all ingredients.
- For best flavor, chill the Gurkensalat in the refrigerator for at least 15-30 minutes before serving. Serve as a refreshing side dish.
