🛒 Ingredients
- Dark chocolate (70-85% cocoa) 200 g · 1100 kcal
- Raw almonds 50 g · 285 kcal
- Flaky sea salt 2 g · 0 kcal
👨🍳 Instructions
- Chop the dark chocolate into small, even pieces and place it in a heatproof bowl. Prepare a baking sheet by lining it with parchment paper.
- Melt the chocolate using a double boiler method or in the microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring until smooth and glossy. Ensure no water gets into the chocolate.
- Pour the melted chocolate onto the prepared parchment-lined baking sheet and spread it evenly into a thin layer using an offset spatula or the back of a spoon.
- Immediately sprinkle the raw almonds evenly over the melted chocolate, then lightly sprinkle with flaky sea salt. Gently press the toppings into the chocolate if needed.
- Transfer the baking sheet to the refrigerator and chill for at least 30-60 minutes, or until the chocolate is completely set and firm.
- Once firm, break the chocolate bark into irregular pieces by hand or by carefully cutting with a knife. Serve immediately or store in an airtight container at room temperature.
