🛒 Ingredients

  • Dark chocolate (70-85% cocoa) 200 g · 1100 kcal
  • Raw almonds 50 g · 285 kcal
  • Flaky sea salt 2 g · 0 kcal

👨‍🍳 Instructions

  1. Chop the dark chocolate into small, even pieces and place it in a heatproof bowl. Prepare a baking sheet by lining it with parchment paper.
  2. Melt the chocolate using a double boiler method or in the microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring until smooth and glossy. Ensure no water gets into the chocolate.
  3. Pour the melted chocolate onto the prepared parchment-lined baking sheet and spread it evenly into a thin layer using an offset spatula or the back of a spoon.
  4. Immediately sprinkle the raw almonds evenly over the melted chocolate, then lightly sprinkle with flaky sea salt. Gently press the toppings into the chocolate if needed.
  5. Transfer the baking sheet to the refrigerator and chill for at least 30-60 minutes, or until the chocolate is completely set and firm.
  6. Once firm, break the chocolate bark into irregular pieces by hand or by carefully cutting with a knife. Serve immediately or store in an airtight container at room temperature.
