🛒 Ingredients
- Whole Branzino (European Sea Bass), cleaned 350 g · 280 kcal
- Olive Oil 27 g · 240 kcal
- Lemon 50 g · 15 kcal
- Fresh Parsley 10 g · 4 kcal
- Garlic Cloves 6 g · 9 kcal
👨🍳 Instructions
- Rinse the branzino inside and out under cold water, then pat it very dry with paper towels. Make 2-3 shallow diagonal slits on both sides of the fish.
- Drizzle olive oil generously over the fish, inside and out, then season well with salt and black pepper. Stuff the cavity with lemon slices, fresh parsley sprigs, and crushed garlic cloves.
- Preheat your grill to medium-high heat, approximately 200-220°C (400-425°F). Brush the grill grates clean and oil them thoroughly to prevent the fish from sticking.
- Place the seasoned fish directly on the oiled grill grates. Grill for 6-8 minutes per side, turning carefully once, until the skin is crispy and the flesh is opaque and flakes easily with a fork.
- Carefully transfer the grilled branzino to a serving platter. Drizzle with extra fresh lemon juice and a final touch of olive oil before serving immediately.
