👨🍳 Instructions
- Thoroughly scrub the clams under cold running water to remove any sand or grit. Discard any clams that are open and do not close when tapped.
- Preheat your grill to medium-high heat. Meanwhile, finely chop the garlic and parsley, and slice the lemon into wedges.
- Place the cleaned clams directly on the hot grill grates. Grill for 5-8 minutes, turning occasionally, until all the clams have opened.
- While clams are grilling, heat the olive oil in a small saucepan over medium heat. Add the chopped garlic and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
- Pour in the dry white wine and bring to a gentle simmer for 2-3 minutes to allow the alcohol to cook off slightly. Season the sauce with a pinch of salt and black pepper.
- Remove the grilled clams from the grill and arrange them on a serving platter. Drizzle generously with the garlic-wine sauce and sprinkle with fresh chopped parsley.
- Serve immediately with fresh lemon wedges for squeezing. Enjoy as an appetizer or light main course.
