- Sea Bass (whole) 200 g · 230 kcal
- Olive Oil 30 g · 265 kcal
- Lemon 50 g · 15 kcal
- Fresh Parsley 5 g · 2 kcal
👨🍳 Instructions
- Rinse the sea bass thoroughly under cold water and pat dry with paper towels. Score the fish on both sides with 2-3 diagonal cuts.
- Drizzle the fish generously with olive oil, both inside and out. Season with salt and freshly ground black pepper, making sure to rub it into the cuts.
- Stuff the cavity of the sea bass with lemon slices and a few sprigs of fresh parsley. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
- Brush the grill grates with a little olive oil to prevent sticking. Place the sea bass on the preheated grill and cook for 6-8 minutes per side, depending on thickness.
- The fish is done when the flesh is opaque and flakes easily with a fork. Remove from the grill, squeeze fresh lemon juice over it, and garnish with extra parsley before serving.
