🛒 Ingredients

  • Sea Bass (whole) 200 g · 230 kcal
  • Olive Oil 30 g · 265 kcal
  • Lemon 50 g · 15 kcal
  • Fresh Parsley 5 g · 2 kcal

👨‍🍳 Instructions

  1. Rinse the sea bass thoroughly under cold water and pat dry with paper towels. Score the fish on both sides with 2-3 diagonal cuts.
  2. Drizzle the fish generously with olive oil, both inside and out. Season with salt and freshly ground black pepper, making sure to rub it into the cuts.
  3. Stuff the cavity of the sea bass with lemon slices and a few sprigs of fresh parsley. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
  4. Brush the grill grates with a little olive oil to prevent sticking. Place the sea bass on the preheated grill and cook for 6-8 minutes per side, depending on thickness.
  5. The fish is done when the flesh is opaque and flakes easily with a fork. Remove from the grill, squeeze fresh lemon juice over it, and garnish with extra parsley before serving.
