👨‍🍳 Instructions

  1. Blanch spinach in hot water for 2-3 minutes, then immediately transfer to ice-cold water to retain color. Squeeze out excess water thoroughly and chop finely.
  2. Boil green peas until tender, then mash them coarsely. Separately, boil and mash potatoes.
  3. In a large bowl, combine chopped spinach, mashed green peas, mashed potatoes, crumbled paneer, ginger-garlic paste, green chilies, and fresh coriander leaves.
  4. Add roasted gram flour (besan), breadcrumbs, garam masala, cumin powder, chaat masala, and salt to the mixture. Mix everything well until a cohesive dough forms.
  5. Divide the mixture into equal portions and shape them into small, flat patties or kababs. You can press a cashew or almond lightly into the center of each kabab for garnish.
  6. Heat cooking oil in a shallow pan or skillet over medium heat. Shallow fry the kababs until they are golden brown and crisp on both sides.
  7. Serve Hara Bhara Kabab hot with mint chutney or tomato ketchup.
