- Wheat Flour (All-Purpose) 55 g · 200 kcal

👨🍳 Instructions
- In a large bowl, dissolve 1g of sugar and 0.5g of dry active yeast in 35g of warm water; let sit for 5-10 minutes until foamy.
- Add 55g of all-purpose flour and 2g of salt to the yeast mixture, then mix until a shaggy dough forms.
- Knead the dough on a lightly floured surface for 5-7 minutes until smooth and elastic.
- Divide the dough into equal portions (approximately 91g each for one serving), form into balls, and cover them, letting them rest for 15-20 minutes.
- On a lightly floured surface, roll each dough ball very thinly into an oblong or round shape, about 1-2 mm thick.
- Heat a large cast-iron skillet or griddle over medium-high heat until very hot.
- Cook each lavash piece for 1-2 minutes per side, until bubbles form and light brown spots appear.
- Transfer cooked lavash to a clean towel and cover immediately to keep it soft and pliable.
