👨‍🍳 Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 200°C (400°F). Ensure the sea bass is scaled, gutted, and rinsed thoroughly, then pat dry with paper towels.
  2. Make a few shallow diagonal scores on both sides of the fish. Season generously inside and out with salt and black pepper.
  3. Stuff the fish cavity with lemon slices, garlic cloves, and fresh parsley. Place the fish on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  4. Drizzle generously with extra virgin olive oil and scatter cherry tomatoes around the fish. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the fish is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
