- Whole European Sea Bass (Lavraki) 200 g · 220 kcal
- Lemon 60 g · 17 kcal
- Extra Virgin Olive Oil 28 g · 250 kcal

👨🍳 Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 200°C (400°F). Ensure the sea bass is scaled, gutted, and rinsed thoroughly, then pat dry with paper towels.
- Make a few shallow diagonal scores on both sides of the fish. Season generously inside and out with salt and black pepper.
- Stuff the fish cavity with lemon slices, garlic cloves, and fresh parsley. Place the fish on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Drizzle generously with extra virgin olive oil and scatter cherry tomatoes around the fish. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the fish is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
- Serve the Lavraki immediately, optionally garnished with extra fresh parsley and a wedge of lemon.
