  1. Clean the mushrooms and slice them thinly; finely mince the garlic and roughly chop the fresh parsley.
  2. Heat olive oil and half of the butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat, then add the sliced mushrooms and cook until golden brown and tender, about 7-10 minutes.
  3. Add the minced garlic, fresh thyme, and remaining butter to the skillet, cooking for another 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
