👨‍🍳 Instructions

  1. Heat vegetable oil in a pan over medium heat. Add cumin seeds and let them splutter.
  2. Add chopped onions and green chilies, sauté until onions turn golden brown.
  3. Stir in ginger-garlic paste and cook for another minute until fragrant.
  4. Add tomato puree, turmeric powder, coriander powder, and red chili powder. Mix well and cook for 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the oil separates from the masala.
  5. Pour in water and bring the gravy to a simmer. Add green peas and paneer cubes.
  6. Cover and simmer for 8-10 minutes, or until peas are tender and the gravy has thickened to your desired consistency. Stir in garam masala.
  7. Garnish with fresh chopped coriander leaves and serve hot with naan, roti, or rice.
