👨🍳 Instructions
- Heat vegetable oil in a pan over medium heat. Add cumin seeds and let them splutter.
- Add chopped onions and green chilies, sauté until onions turn golden brown.
- Stir in ginger-garlic paste and cook for another minute until fragrant.
- Add tomato puree, turmeric powder, coriander powder, and red chili powder. Mix well and cook for 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the oil separates from the masala.
- Pour in water and bring the gravy to a simmer. Add green peas and paneer cubes.
- Cover and simmer for 8-10 minutes, or until peas are tender and the gravy has thickened to your desired consistency. Stir in garam masala.
- Garnish with fresh chopped coriander leaves and serve hot with naan, roti, or rice.
