👨🍳 Instructions
- Gently clean the Portobello mushroom cap and remove the stem. In a shallow dish, whisk together olive oil, balsamic vinegar, and garlic powder to create a marinade.
- Place the mushroom cap in the marinade, ensuring it's fully coated. Let it marinate for at least 10-15 minutes, flipping once.
