👨‍🍳 Instructions

  1. Boil and mash potatoes. In a pan, sauté chopped onion, ginger-garlic paste, and green chili until fragrant.
  2. Add frozen peas and desired spices (turmeric, cumin, coriander, garam masala, amchur powder) to the pan; cook for a few minutes.
  3. Combine the sautéed mixture with the mashed potatoes and fresh cilantro. Add breadcrumbs for binding and mix well.
  4. Divide the mixture into portions and shape them into round, flat patties for the burgers. Lightly coat them with a thin layer of breadcrumbs if desired for extra crispiness.
  5. Heat vegetable oil in a pan over medium heat and shallow-fry the samosa patties until golden brown and crispy on both sides.
  6. Lightly toast the burger buns. Spread mint-cilantro chutney on both halves of the bun.
  7. Assemble the burger: Place lettuce, a samosa patty, tomato slices, and red onion slices on the bottom bun. Top with the other half of the bun.
