👨🍳 Instructions
- Boil and mash potatoes. In a pan, sauté chopped onion, ginger-garlic paste, and green chili until fragrant.
- Add frozen peas and desired spices (turmeric, cumin, coriander, garam masala, amchur powder) to the pan; cook for a few minutes.
- Combine the sautéed mixture with the mashed potatoes and fresh cilantro. Add breadcrumbs for binding and mix well.
- Divide the mixture into portions and shape them into round, flat patties for the burgers. Lightly coat them with a thin layer of breadcrumbs if desired for extra crispiness.
- Heat vegetable oil in a pan over medium heat and shallow-fry the samosa patties until golden brown and crispy on both sides.
- Lightly toast the burger buns. Spread mint-cilantro chutney on both halves of the bun.
- Assemble the burger: Place lettuce, a samosa patty, tomato slices, and red onion slices on the bottom bun. Top with the other half of the bun.
