👨🍳 Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 175°C (350°F). Grease and flour a 9x5-inch (23x13 cm) loaf pan.
- In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, granulated sugar, brown sugar, baking soda, baking powder, cinnamon, nutmeg, cloves, and ginger.
- In a separate medium bowl, whisk together the eggs, pumpkin puree, vegetable oil, and vanilla extract until well combined.
- Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients. Mix with a spatula or spoon until just combined and no dry streaks remain, being careful not to overmix.
- Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and bake for 50-60 minutes, or until a wooden skewer inserted into the center comes out clean. If the top browns too quickly, tent loosely with foil.
- Let the pumpkin bread cool in the pan for 10-15 minutes before inverting it onto a wire rack to cool completely. Slice and serve.
