👨🍳 Instructions
- Rinse the fine bulgur and place it in a bowl. Cover with boiling water (just enough to cover) and let it soak for 15-20 minutes, or until tender; drain any excess water thoroughly.
- While the bulgur is soaking, finely chop the fresh parsley, mint, tomatoes, cucumber, and green onions. Place all chopped vegetables into a large mixing bowl.
- Add the drained bulgur to the chopped vegetables. Drizzle with lemon juice and olive oil, then season with salt and black pepper to taste. Toss gently to combine all ingredients evenly.
- Lay a whole wheat tortilla flat. Spoon a generous amount of tabbouleh salad onto the center of the tortilla, leaving space around the edges for rolling.
- Fold in the sides of the tortilla over the filling, then tightly roll the tortilla from the bottom upwards to form a secure wrap. Slice in half diagonally, if desired, and serve immediately.
