👨🍳 Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 175°C (350°F) and grease a 9x5 inch loaf pan. In a large bowl, whisk together the all-purpose flour, granulated sugar, baking soda, baking powder, ground cinnamon, and salt.
- In a separate medium bowl, whisk together the vegetable oil, large eggs, and vanilla extract until well combined.
- Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix until just combined, being careful not to overmix. Fold in the shredded zucchini and chopped walnuts until evenly distributed.
