👨🍳 Instructions
- Prepare the dressing by whisking together soy sauce, sesame oil, rice vinegar, grated ginger, lime juice, and honey in a small bowl. Set aside.
- Pat the ahi tuna dry and season generously with salt and pepper. Heat olive oil in a skillet over high heat until shimmering.
- Sear the tuna for 1-2 minutes per side for rare to medium-rare, adjusting time for desired doneness. Remove from skillet and let rest for a few minutes before thinly slicing.
- In a large bowl, combine the mixed greens, cucumber, cherry tomatoes, avocado, and red onion. Arrange the thinly sliced seared tuna on top of the salad.
- Drizzle the prepared dressing generously over the tuna and salad. Garnish with toasted sesame seeds and serve immediately.
