  • Panko breadcrumbs 25 g · 95 kcal
  • Unsalted butter 15 g · 108 kcal
  • Lemon 10 g · 2 kcal

👨‍🍳 Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 200°C (400°F). Lightly grease a baking dish with a small amount of butter.
  2. Place the haddock fillets in the prepared baking dish. Season both sides of the fish with salt and freshly ground black pepper.
  3. In a small bowl, melt the remaining butter and combine it with the panko breadcrumbs. Stir in half of the chopped fresh parsley.
  4. Spoon the breadcrumb mixture evenly over the top of each haddock fillet, pressing gently to adhere. Squeeze fresh lemon juice over the fillets.
  5. Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the fish is opaque and flakes easily with a fork and the breadcrumbs are golden brown. Garnish with the remaining fresh parsley and serve immediately.
