👨‍🍳 Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 230°C (450°F) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Carefully separate the egg white from the yolk; place the yolk aside in a small bowl.
  3. In a clean, dry bowl, whip the egg white with a pinch of salt until stiff peaks form.
  4. Gently fold in the grated Parmesan cheese into the whipped egg white.
  5. Spoon the whipped egg white mixture onto the prepared baking sheet, forming a cloud-like mound with an indentation in the center.
  6. Bake for 3-5 minutes until the egg white clouds are lightly golden and set.
  7. Remove the baking sheet from the oven and carefully place each egg yolk into the center of its cloud.
  8. Return to the oven and bake for another 3-5 minutes, or until the yolks are set to your preference.
  9. Serve immediately, optionally with a sprinkle of freshly ground black pepper.
