  1. Cut the cod fillet into smaller pieces and place them in a food processor with a finely chopped onion.
  2. Process the mixture until it forms a smooth, cohesive paste. Transfer to a bowl.
  3. Add the egg, all-purpose flour, milk, chopped fresh dill, lemon juice, salt, and pepper to the bowl.
