Danish Fish Cakes (Fiskefrikadeller)

- All-purpose flour 10 g · 36 kcal
- Whole milk 20 g · 13 kcal

- Lemon juice 5 g · 1 kcal

👨🍳 Instructions
- Cut the cod fillet into smaller pieces and place them in a food processor with a finely chopped onion.
- Process the mixture until it forms a smooth, cohesive paste. Transfer to a bowl.
- Add the egg, all-purpose flour, milk, chopped fresh dill, lemon juice, salt, and pepper to the bowl.
- Mix thoroughly until all ingredients are well combined and the mixture is smooth.
- Heat rapeseed oil in a large frying pan over medium heat. Form oval-shaped fish cakes using two spoons dipped in hot water.
- Fry the fiskefrikadeller for about 3-5 minutes on each side, until golden brown and cooked through.
- Serve warm, traditionally with boiled potatoes, remoulade, or a simple dill sauce.
