  • Mayonnaise 25 g · 175 kcal
  • Dijon Mustard 5 g · 5 kcal
  • White Vinegar 3 g · 0 kcal

👨‍🍳 Instructions

  1. Place eggs in a saucepan and cover with cold water by about an inch. Bring to a rolling boil over high heat, then immediately remove from heat, cover, and let stand for 10-12 minutes.
  2. Drain the hot water and transfer the eggs to an ice bath for 5 minutes to cool completely, which also helps with peeling.
  3. Once cooled, peel the eggs, slice them lengthwise in half, and carefully scoop out the yolks into a small bowl. Arrange the egg white halves on a serving platter.
  4. Mash the yolks with a fork until smooth, then stir in mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, white vinegar, salt, and black pepper until well combined and creamy.
  5. Spoon or pipe the yolk mixture back into the egg white halves. Garnish each deviled egg with a sprinkle of paprika before serving.
