👨‍🍳 Instructions

  1. Pat the salmon fillet dry, season with salt and pepper, and cook in olive oil over medium heat for 3-5 minutes per side, until cooked through and flaky.
  2. Flake the cooked salmon with a fork and let it cool slightly.
