👨‍🍳 Instructions

  1. Peel the hard-boiled eggs and finely chop them or mash them with a fork in a bowl.
  2. Add mayonnaise, a pinch of salt, and black pepper to the chopped eggs; mix well until combined.
  3. Lightly spread butter on one side of each slice of white bread.
  4. Evenly spread the egg mixture over two of the buttered bread slices, then top generously with fresh watercress.
