🛒 Ingredients

  • Whole White Fish 300 g · 246 kcal
  • Olive Oil 20 g · 180 kcal
  • Lemon 60 g · 17 kcal
  • Garlic 10 g · 15 kcal
  • Fresh Parsley 10 g · 4 kcal
  • Black Pepper 2 g · 0 kcal

👨‍🍳 Instructions

  1. Clean and scale the fish thoroughly; make 2-3 diagonal slits on both sides of the fish and pat dry with paper towels.
  2. Mince the garlic and finely chop the parsley. In a small bowl, combine olive oil, minced garlic, chopped parsley, salt, and black pepper to create a marinade.
  3. Rub the marinade generously all over the fish, inside the cavity, and into the slits. Stuff the fish cavity with lemon slices and a few more parsley sprigs.
  4. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat and lightly oil the grates to prevent sticking.
  5. Place the fish on the hot grill. Grill for 8-12 minutes per side, depending on the thickness of the fish, until the flesh is opaque and flakes easily with a fork.
  6. Carefully remove the grilled fish from the grill. Serve immediately, garnished with additional fresh parsley and lemon wedges if desired.
