👨🍳 Instructions
- Prepare the vegetables: Wash and finely julienne the lettuce, cucumber, carrot, perilla leaves, and radish sprouts. Arrange them artfully on a serving platter.
- Thinly slice the sashimi-grade salmon fillet against the grain. Place the salmon slices over the prepared vegetables.
