  • Nori Seaweed Sheet 3 g · 10 kcal
  • Canned Tuna (in water, drained) 50 g · 55 kcal
  • Mayonnaise 20 g · 140 kcal
  • Lettuce leaves 30 g · 4 kcal

👨‍🍳 Instructions

  1. Lay a sheet of plastic wrap larger than the nori sheet on a clean surface, then place one nori sheet diagonally on top of the plastic wrap.
  2. Spread a quarter of the cooked sushi rice thinly in the center of the nori sheet, forming a square.
  3. Place two lettuce leaves on top of the rice, then add a layer of tuna mixed with mayonnaise, and sliced cucumber.
  4. Add another quarter of sushi rice on top of the fillings, gently pressing down.
  5. Fold the corners of the nori sheet over the fillings towards the center, one by one, to form a square packet.
  6. Wrap the Onigirazu tightly in the plastic wrap and let it rest for a few minutes to allow the nori to soften and seal.
  7. Carefully unwrap the Onigirazu and slice it in half diagonally with a sharp, wet knife before serving.
