  • Cherry tomatoes 50 g · 9 kcal
  • Lemon slice 10 g · 2 kcal
  • Fresh dill 5 g · 2 kcal
  • Olive oil 5 g · 45 kcal

👨‍🍳 Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 200°C (400°F). Tear off a large piece of parchment paper, approximately 30x40 cm (12x16 inches).
  2. Place the salmon fillet in the center of the parchment paper. Arrange the asparagus spears and cherry tomatoes around the salmon.
  3. Drizzle with olive oil, season with salt and pepper, and top with a lemon slice and fresh dill. Pour the white wine over the ingredients.
  4. Fold the parchment paper over the ingredients to create a half-moon shape. Crimp and fold the edges tightly to form a sealed packet.
  5. Place the parchment packet on a baking sheet and bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through and the packet is puffed.
  6. Carefully open the packet (beware of steam) and slide the salmon and vegetables onto a plate. Serve immediately.
