  • Cooked Flaked Salmon 30 g · 60 kcal
  • Nori Seaweed 1 g · 3 kcal

👨‍🍳 Instructions

  1. Prepare sushi rice according to package directions; ensure it is warm. Flake the cooked salmon into small pieces and set aside.
  2. Season the warm rice with a pinch of salt. Lightly moisten your hands with water and sprinkle a tiny bit of salt on them to prevent sticking.
  3. Take a portion of seasoned rice in your palm, make a slight indentation in the center, and fill it with flaked salmon.
  4. Cover the salmon with a little more rice, then gently compress and shape the rice into a triangle or sphere. Carefully wrap the shaped rice ball with a strip of nori seaweed, pressing gently to secure. Repeat for additional onigiri.
