👨‍🍳 Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 200°C (400°F). Pat the fish fillet dry and season both sides with salt and pepper.
  2. Place the fish on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, drizzle with a little olive oil, and bake for 10-15 minutes until almost cooked through.
  3. While the fish bakes, prepare the sauce: In a bowl, combine tahini, lemon juice, minced garlic, finely chopped walnuts, chopped red bell pepper, and chopped onion. Add water gradually until you reach a smooth, pourable consistency.
  4. Season the sauce with chili (to taste), salt, and pepper. Stir in half of the fresh coriander.
  5. Remove the fish from the oven. Spread the tahini sauce generously over the partially cooked fish, ensuring it's fully covered.
  6. Return the fish to the oven and bake for another 15-20 minutes, or until the fish is flaky and the sauce is bubbly and slightly browned.
  7. Garnish with toasted pine nuts and the remaining fresh coriander before serving. Serve hot.
