👨🍳 Instructions
- Preheat oven to 200°C (400°F). Pat the fish fillet dry and season both sides with salt and pepper.
- Place the fish on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, drizzle with a little olive oil, and bake for 10-15 minutes until almost cooked through.
- While the fish bakes, prepare the sauce: In a bowl, combine tahini, lemon juice, minced garlic, finely chopped walnuts, chopped red bell pepper, and chopped onion. Add water gradually until you reach a smooth, pourable consistency.
- Season the sauce with chili (to taste), salt, and pepper. Stir in half of the fresh coriander.
- Remove the fish from the oven. Spread the tahini sauce generously over the partially cooked fish, ensuring it's fully covered.
- Return the fish to the oven and bake for another 15-20 minutes, or until the fish is flaky and the sauce is bubbly and slightly browned.
- Garnish with toasted pine nuts and the remaining fresh coriander before serving. Serve hot.
