👨🍳 Instructions
- Pat the fish fillets dry and make a few shallow slits on both sides. In a large bowl, whisk together Greek yogurt, ginger-garlic paste, lemon juice, turmeric, red chili, coriander, cumin, and garam masala.
- Generously coat the fish fillets with the marinade, ensuring it gets into the slits. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes, or ideally 2-4 hours, for best flavor.
- Preheat your oven to 200°C (390°F) or prepare a grill for medium-high heat. Line a baking tray with parchment paper or lightly oil your grill grates.
- Place the marinated fish on the prepared tray or grill. Cook for 10-15 minutes, flipping halfway, until the fish is flaky and cooked through.
- Brush with a little mustard oil (or vegetable oil) during the last few minutes of cooking for extra flavor and char. Serve hot, garnished with fresh cilantro and lemon wedges.
