👨‍🍳 Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, flake the drained tuna with a fork. Add mayonnaise, finely diced celery, and finely diced red onion; mix well to combine, then season with a pinch of salt and black pepper.
  2. Butter one side of each slice of bread. Place two slices, buttered side down, on a preheated griddle or skillet over medium heat.
