👨‍🍳 Instructions

  1. If not already hard-boiled, cook the egg by placing it in boiling water for 10-12 minutes, then cool immediately in an ice bath and peel. Slice the hard-boiled egg, tomatoes, cucumber, and red onion.
  2. In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, red wine vinegar, and Dijon mustard for the vinaigrette. Season with a pinch of salt and black pepper.
  3. Slice the ciabatta roll horizontally and lightly toast it if desired. Spread a little vinaigrette on both cut sides of the bread.
  4. Layer the ingredients onto the bottom half of the ciabatta: start with lettuce, then add flaked tuna, sliced tomatoes, cucumber, red onion, Niçoise olives, and anchovy fillets.
