- Canned Tuna in water, drained 120 g · 120 kcal
- Potatoes, boiled and diced 250 g · 218 kcal
- Carrots, boiled and diced 80 g · 28 kcal
- Green Peas, frozen and cooked 80 g · 67 kcal
- Mayonnaise 60 g · 408 kcal
- Red Onion, finely diced 30 g · 12 kcal
- Celery, diced 40 g · 6 kcal
- Lime Juice, freshly squeezed 20 g · 5 kcal
- Fresh Parsley, chopped 5 g · 2 kcal
👨🍳 Instructions
- Boil the potatoes and carrots until tender; drain, cool slightly, peel potatoes, and dice both into small cubes. Cook frozen green peas according to package directions, then drain and cool.
- Drain the canned tuna well, flaking it into a large mixing bowl. Add the diced cooked potatoes, carrots, and green peas to the bowl with the tuna.
- Finely dice the red onion and celery, then add them to the bowl. Chop the fresh parsley and add it in as well.
- In a separate small bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise and fresh lime juice.
- Pour the dressing over the tuna and vegetable mixture, gently folding until all ingredients are evenly coated. Serve chilled, optionally garnished with extra parsley or a lime wedge.
