  • Canned Tuna in water, drained 120 g · 120 kcal
  • Potatoes, boiled and diced 250 g · 218 kcal
  • Carrots, boiled and diced 80 g · 28 kcal
  • Green Peas, frozen and cooked 80 g · 67 kcal
  • Mayonnaise 60 g · 408 kcal
  • Red Onion, finely diced 30 g · 12 kcal
  • Celery, diced 40 g · 6 kcal
  • Lime Juice, freshly squeezed 20 g · 5 kcal
  • Fresh Parsley, chopped 5 g · 2 kcal

👨‍🍳 Instructions

  1. Boil the potatoes and carrots until tender; drain, cool slightly, peel potatoes, and dice both into small cubes. Cook frozen green peas according to package directions, then drain and cool.
  2. Drain the canned tuna well, flaking it into a large mixing bowl. Add the diced cooked potatoes, carrots, and green peas to the bowl with the tuna.
  3. Finely dice the red onion and celery, then add them to the bowl. Chop the fresh parsley and add it in as well.
  4. In a separate small bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise and fresh lime juice.
  5. Pour the dressing over the tuna and vegetable mixture, gently folding until all ingredients are evenly coated. Serve chilled, optionally garnished with extra parsley or a lime wedge.
