  • Whole Wheat Flour 150 g · 510 kcal
  • Milk 1.5% fat 360 g · 162 kcal
  • Eggs 100 g · 155 kcal
  • Melted Butter 20 g · 143 kcal

👨‍🍳 Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, whisk together the whole wheat flour, 1 teaspoon of sugar, and 1/2 teaspoon of salt. Make a well in the center.
  2. In a separate bowl, whisk the eggs, then gradually add the milk and 10g of the melted butter. Whisk until well combined.
  3. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients in the well. Whisk from the center outwards until a smooth batter forms. Let the batter rest for 15-30 minutes.
  4. Heat a non-stick crepe pan or skillet over medium heat. Lightly grease the pan with a small amount of the remaining melted butter.
  5. Pour about 1/4 cup (60ml) of batter into the hot pan, tilting and rotating the pan quickly to spread the batter thinly and evenly over the bottom.
  6. Cook for 1-2 minutes until the edges are golden and the center is set. Gently flip the crepe and cook for another 30-60 seconds on the other side.
  7. Transfer the cooked crepe to a plate and repeat with the remaining batter, greasing the pan as needed. Serve warm with your favorite fillings.
