- Eggs 100 g · 155 kcal
- Melted Butter 20 g · 143 kcal
👨🍳 Instructions
- In a large bowl, whisk together the whole wheat flour, 1 teaspoon of sugar, and 1/2 teaspoon of salt. Make a well in the center.
- In a separate bowl, whisk the eggs, then gradually add the milk and 10g of the melted butter. Whisk until well combined.
- Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients in the well. Whisk from the center outwards until a smooth batter forms. Let the batter rest for 15-30 minutes.
- Heat a non-stick crepe pan or skillet over medium heat. Lightly grease the pan with a small amount of the remaining melted butter.
- Pour about 1/4 cup (60ml) of batter into the hot pan, tilting and rotating the pan quickly to spread the batter thinly and evenly over the bottom.
- Cook for 1-2 minutes until the edges are golden and the center is set. Gently flip the crepe and cook for another 30-60 seconds on the other side.
- Transfer the cooked crepe to a plate and repeat with the remaining batter, greasing the pan as needed. Serve warm with your favorite fillings.
